Lush Haul - New Products!

Lush is one of my all time favourite shops so I was so jealous when I saw that they had opened a new store on Oxford Street with a tonne of new products. They all looked so good and I desperately wanted to try them out. Thankfully, they've released some of the new products to the normal stores which means I've been lucky enough to get to try some out. I was actually surprised as a lot of the new products have quite mature, strong scents. Lush are typically known for sweet, sickly scents(I'm looking at you Snow Fairy) so they are really changing the tone with these products. A welcomed surprise! I've only bought bath/shower products so far but I definitely want to check out some of their hair and body products too. From the new range that is. Plus after attending the event at my local Lush(photos here) I really want to try out some of their full sized perfumes too. Better get saving!

The iconic Lush product from the Oxford Streets store seems to be The Experimenter. It's a brightly coloured bath bomb and it certainly stands out in the store. It has quite an interesting scent that's the same all the All Good Things perfume and is a fairly new scent to Lush. It's scented with vanilla and tonka bean which I'm sure you'll agree are both quite relaxing scents. I've seen loads of videos of this one and it looks absolutely amazing. It seems to fizz much faster than others and because of all the colours it looks absolutely gorgeous!

Another bath bomb that really caught my eye was the Intergalactic bath bomb which again is gorgeous. It kind of reminded me of one of the Christmas ones(Shoot For The Stars) in the colours but it has a completely different scent. This one smells really minty. I definitely think there's peppermint oil in there somewhere. It kind of reminds me of the Mask Of Magnaminty face mask if anyone has every tried that before. Intergalactic almost smells like sexy, men's aftershave. It doesn't smell like any bath bomb that I've ever tried before and I'm excited to give it a go.

If you've read my blog for a while then you'll know that I am a big fan of Lush's Yuzu and Cocoa bubbleroon(review here) so I was very excited to see that they have released the scent in the form of a Yuzu and Cocoa shower gel. Now Lush's shower gels are pretty expensive and not something that I can afford to buy on a regular basis. But hey, why not treat yourself? I think the scent of the shower gel is slightly different, it smells coconutty to me now, but I still really love it and am sure I will love using it. They have also gotten a new formula for the bubbleroons so I will have to try them out again at some point to see how they've changed.

So that was everything that I bought this time around. I am definitely heading back for the Yoga bath bomb and the Salted Coconut hand scrub. If you have tried any of the new Lush products then leave me a comment and let me know what it was and if you recommend it!
