Crochet top & Necklace - Internationale / Jeans - Topshop / Boots - New Look
Hello everyone! I went to see Cirque Du Soleil in Glasgow on Wednesday night. So this is a little OOTD to show you what I wore. I bought this top ages ago and have been waiting for the opportunity to wear it. I went with Stuart and his family and it was an absolutely insane show. We had dinner at TGI Friday's before we went as well which made the night even better. I had a half rack of double glazed Jack Daniel's ribs and they were amazing. The show was at the Hydro which is such a lovely venue.
The Cirque Du Soleil show was called Dralion and is supposed to combine aspects of Eastern and Western cultures(Dralion = dragon + lion). There was a very strict no photography rule which is such a shame as I would have loved to have gotten some photos. All the acts were so skilled and I was really impressed. Now I want to drop out of uni before I've even started and join the circus.... Oh, and our tickets were chosen for an upgrade so we got access to the VIP lounge in the interval. It was really just a fancy bar but it was a nice place to sit and chat between the two halves of the show.
Also I'm getting very close to 1500 followers on BlogLovin'! I'm going to do a giveaway but I'm not entirely sure what I want to giveaway. I have an extra signed copy of The Fault In Ours Stars. When I went to meet John Green in Glasgow last year everyone got a free signed copy and my boyfriend didn't want his. I've been thinking about giving it away for a while but I'm not sure if that comes across as cheap because I didn't actually pay for it? My other thought was to buy some Yankee Candle wax tarts to give away. I was thinking maybe getting some nice fruity ones and then some more unusual scents and having two different prizes? I'm not sure. I guess it's for my readers so please let me know what you would prefer? Or both?
