Lush Avobath Bath Bomb Review

 What Lush Say
Use this when your skin is thirsty and your mind is blocked. If you haven’t got a friend to tell you to pull your socks up and get back up and out there, then this ballistic will do the job for you!Avocado and olive oil is great for the skin and will leave you feeling your best on the outside. The lemongrass, rosewood and bergamot essential oils banish negative thoughts, bring clarity and uplift to leave you standing tall and proud. It’s not easy to get wet ingredients like fresh fruit and olive oil into a ballistic without it turning to mush – so we were very excited when Mo pulled this one out of the bag.The green lustre in Avobath gives a lovely swirling, shimmery effect in the water, but doesn't leave you sparkling when you step out. This fragrance is what Mark calls a tower of fruit. He wanted to create a fragrance that was like the bar of chocolate you could buy when he was a boy; that had five different fruit fondants in it. So he made a perfume of layers upon layers of fruit notes that reveal themselves one after the other.

What I Say
This actually my new favourite bath bomb. The smell is so sweet yet still refreshing. I used this after having 5 exam papers in two days and was just feeling really stressed out. This fizzed up pretty quickly which I like, I'm rather impatient. You can definitely smell the avocado and lemon grass in this and it's great a little pick me up. It left the bath a lovely green colour that had a few sparkles in it but didn't leave that much of a glittery look on the skin afterwords. The smell also wasn't too over powering, I find that some lush products can be.

Haulin'

Absolutely love this top from H&M! It was £12.99 and has a lot of crochet detailing on the back. I think this will be great from summer and is quite bright which is unusual for me as I wear a lot of dark colours.
This top is from New Look and cost me £7.99. I really like the detail in this top and it was a really good bargain for  the price.
If you don't already know Lush have a promo where you take 5 empty pots back and they give you a face mask for free. So the face mask cost nothing! I just washed it off before writing this and it smells amazing and my skin feels great too! It was the 50th anniversary of my town so they had a display of all their products that remind them of the 50s and 60s and they were giving out free samples of Karma soap, although as my gran kindly pointed out to the sales woman 'no one smelt that good in the 60s'.

My first exam is in 10 days and it's my computing one, I don't have any past papers for it and there's only about 2 on the sqa website so my gran bought me these. I also picked up When God Was A Rabbit by Sarah Winman as it was part of a buy one get one half price deal and I was buying another book for a friend's birthday.

So this is what I've been up to this week, it was the last week before the Easter holidays(Spring break woohoo Chad Hogan) so I was pretty busy with school. Hopefully I'll have lots of photos for next week as I'll have more free time. Would also like to point out that I don't actually have Instagram as I'm an android girl. These were taken on an app called Retro Camera, can't wait until they make Instagram for android!
